Added Hypothetical Scenario creation options to eliminate the need for internal state and context. Scenarios can now just ask users to use slider bars for entry submission.

Added hover-over descriptions to user profile demographics with admin controls.
Finally aligned items inside Known and Suspected Diagnosis tables to their respective cells. It still looks terrible, but it’s readable.
Included the internal and context card helper text in edit mode.
